We have been involved in arbitration proceedings under most rules of international arbitration, including the Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), Swiss Chambers (Swiss Rules of International Arbitration), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), International Centre for Dispute Resolution of the American Arbitration Association International (ICDR/AAA), and International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).

Our esteemed team members have been acting in more than 150 cases, either as arbitrator (Chairman of the Arbitral Tribunal or co-arbitrator), or as counsel, in front of the Romanian Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania and Bucharest.
Acted as co-arbitrator or sole arbitrator in more than 15 cases under the rules of ICC Court of Arbitration in Paris, the LCIA Rules and UNCITRAL Rules.
